RightIt.AI Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to RightIt.AI (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). The Service is operated by Beijing Verviz Technology Co., Ltd., providing AI-powered language learning and writing enhancement solutions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Scope of Service
  1. RightIt.AI helps users improve their second-language expression and writing through real-time feedback and personalized review learning.
  1. The Service is available through mobile apps (iOS/Android), desktop apps (macOS/Windows), and web platforms.
  1. We may modify or discontinue certain features at our discretion to improve the Service.
3. Account Registration and Use

6. Subscription and Payment
  1. Some features are paid. Prices are displayed in the app or on the website.
  1. Payments are handled through third-party providers (Apple, Google, etc.). We do not store payment information.
  1. Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
  1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  1. AI-generated corrections and suggestions are for reference only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
  1. We are not responsible for data loss or interruptions caused by external systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beijing Verviz Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
